Randy Campbell is co-owner/qualifying broker of Campbell & Campbell Real Estate Services. He has been with the company since 1993. Randy and his parents moved to Albuquerque in 1971. He has seen the extraordinary growth that has taken place in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas over the recent years. He has resided in the East Mountain area for the past 35 years. Randy is a graduate from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors of Science degree, a licensed New Mexico Real Estate broker for 27 years and a member of the Albuquerque Board of Realtors. Randy also has his New Mexico General Contractors license, which can be extremely beneficial knowledge when it comes to real estate! Even though Randy does not actively build homes he has been extensively involved with his clients on identifying vacant land, home design, and contractor identification based on the client’s style and budget. In addition to working one on one with buyers and sellers of all residential and light commercial real estate, he is also involved in the daily operations of the company; this includes negotiations, training, risk management, and contractual issues. Randy and Ron regularly attend real estate conferences across the nation with the elite top producers of the industry to stay on top as New Mexico’s #1 Real Estate Team. Randy and his wife Terree, who also works for the company, have two fabulous daughters , Taylor and Hayleigh. Taylor is now working for the company as well, the third generation in the business. When Randy isn’t working, his two grandsons keep him busy! Randy’s favorite pastime is competitive Bass fishing. If he is not working or with the family, he is out on the water waiting for the next bite!

As a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, I graduated from El Dorado High School in 1980 and attended Eastern New Mexico University to study business. From 1985-1991, I worked in the medical insurance field, as a billing manager of one of the largest radiology groups in Albuquerque. I then went on to own and manage several of my own businesses from 1991-2005, until realizing my passion for Real Estate. My business philosophy is to develop long-term relationships with my clients by working with them every step of the way to ensure they find the perfect home. From the loan application to the time you turn the key in your new front door, I offer attention to detail, high quality service, and treat every client with the utmost respect. I understand the emotional attachment and investment that goes into purchasing and selling a home and am not just there to make a sale. As a real estate professional, I keep current on all trends, laws, and regulations in the industry, and am committed to professional training and growth. I focus my attention on the unique and specific needs of each client and work with both buyers and sellers. I am a devout Christian, I have two daughters, Cortney and Jordan, with my husband, David. I enjoy spending time with my entire family including my four beautiful grandchildren.
